The Olivier Tark Jacket is made out of a patchwork of Sayyeh cotton fabrics, and is embroidered in the back with the Tark technique, an embroidery method that uses metallic staple like thread pummeled into fabric.
It was embroidered by a collective of women in Baalbak, Lebanon who embroider as a a way to supplement their income.
